White's Boots originally started in Virginia before the Civil War, moved west to St. Maries, Idaho in 1902, and eventually, in 1915, found its way to Spokane, Washington to fill the need for logging footwear.

Each boot is built by hand, with one at a time construction. All components are leather, cut from the best part of the hide - no shortcuts - a leather high arch, insole, mid sole and heel counters. The arch is extremely comfortable (no steel shank) and supports the foot, evenly distributing body weight over the heel as you break them in. They are extremely durable and get even better with age.

Each White's Boot is handsewn Norwegen welt construction, using pure Irish linen thread to sew through the vamp, welt and insole. From the rugged loggers to the brave firefighters, hard-working farmers, ranchers and railroad workers, these products have passed the test of time.

Size + fit

White's Boots typically run a 1/2 size large. For best fit, we recommend sizing down 1/2 size from your street shoe.

Resole and Rebuild:
For a moderate cost, white's boots can reshape the arches and even replace worn-out insoles, midsoles, outsoles and heels. Toe leather can actually be replaced, too, when necessary. The only portion of the boot that cannot be rebuilt is the upper quarters. Quotation of repair costs can be made only upon boot inspection through White's Boots.

Warranty Information:
White's Boots are unquestionably warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship one year from date of purchase. Their warranty assures unsurpassed quality for rugged, dependable service. In the rare event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at Their option, repair or replace the product. Please call their customer service department at 800-541-3786 and a company representative will assist you in taking care of any problems or concerns pertaining to boot warranty.

Returns and shipping

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We’re a small company and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be shipped, and 5-7 days during holidays and promotions.

Returns and Exchanges:
We process our returns on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any full price online purchases within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to our return/exchange policy for details.
