Carrie never owned a new leather jacket because she couldn’t find the perfect one. While visiting Los Angeles several years ago, she and Matt stumbled upon a beautiful leather jacket. Taken by the fit and construction, they knew immediately they had to contact the maker. We are so grateful that Dave Himel agreed to produce a dream of a jacket for us, and the first luxury leather piece for imogene + willie.

The supple, Canadian buffalo leather is dark dark brown. It has vintage brass two-way zippers up the front, with additional zippers at the arm cuff and pocket. The 100% silk lining has a bit of stretch so you can really move. It fits like a glove. The D-pocket on the left is easily accessible and traditionally used by motorcycle riders.

This timeless piece will only get better throughout the years. It’s the kind of jacket you’ll want to hand down from generation to generation.
