This week, we’re selling off one of the first pairs of Bartons ever made. After Matt perfected the fit of our slim-straight men’s blue jean, we had a dear friend wear a pair for a few weeks so that we could observe where they received natural wear. Once those lines and areas were established, we hand-sanded the denim to give at those points to give it a natural, well-loved look. As far as we’re concerned, this is as real as it gets.

Barton is made from premium Cone Mills selvage denim, woven with care in the USA on antique shuttle looms. Barton, however, has a lower rise and is slimmer from the knee down—a proper, moderate slim-straight. It looks fantastic with anything from tennis shoes to wingtips, and fits tightly over most boots for a more rock n’ roll look. For musicians and the business casual alike, Nashville has embraced Barton with open arms. Whatever your respective city, we think you will too.
